And on the notion of &#8220;land reclamation&#8221;. He reminds us that the reuse of excavated soil is an opportunity for regional development and biodiversity. So it&#8217;s soil from the &#8220;Trou des Halles de Paris&#8221; that forms the contours of the Parc de la Courneuve. The park is now classified as a Natura 2000 site.<\/p>\n<p>In this interview, Laurent Mogno explains how ECT manages soil from the Grand Paris Express project, in particular from tunnel boring machines. And how 100% of the GPE land entrusted to ECT will be used for development.
