In a context shaped by the current crisis in the construction industry, we sought to broaden this survey to address more overarching issues. The survey therefore includes questions related to market conditions, the decarbonization of construction sites, and interest in the circular economy for excavated soil.<\/strong><\/p><p>These results reflect ECT\u2019s close, client-focused commercial support, as well as our work alongside local authorities to promote the reuse of excavated soil in projects aimed at the sustainable transformation of underutilized land.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e68a67 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8e68a67\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-563470c class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>92% of surveyed customers report being satisfied with their relationship with ECT.<\/li><li>95% of customers report being satisfied with their relationship with the Sales Department.<\/li><li>74% satisfaction with the commercial offering.<\/li><li>97% satisfaction with the DAP service.<\/li><li>86% satisfaction with the reception of excavated soil at the sites.<\/li><\/ul><div><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">These results reflect the daily commitment of our sales and operations teams.<\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47acbe5 e-flex e-con-boxed remain confident and expect a recovery in activity by 2026.<\/li><li>25% are directly concerned about their these issues in industry practices.<\/li><li>11% would be interested in a hydrogen-powered transportation solution for moving excavated soil to our
