Biodiversity is not just for experts, nor is it limited to regulatory obligations. It is a factor in understanding, initiative, and commitment for all our employees.<\/p><p>These sessions, led by Guillaume Lemoine, ECT&#8217;s biodiversity advisor, address concrete and essential topics <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Definition and importance of biodiversity<\/li><li>Ecological functions and ecosystem services<\/li><li>Causes of biodiversity collapse : climate change, pollution, land artificialisation, overexploitation, invasive alien species<\/li><li>Impacts of ECT&#8217;s activities, with a focus on invasive species<\/li><\/ul><p>In 2025, six training sessions will enable 30 employees to be trained, representing 28% of the workforce. It aims to prevent risks, ensure safe practices, and strengthen the safety and environmental culture at our sites.<\/p><p>The main topics covered are :<\/p><ul><li>Soil quality control and non-conformity procedures<\/li><li>Identification of unacceptable soils (natural soils, odorous soils, etc.)<\/li><li>Specific risks by profession and associated control measures<\/li><li>Good safety practices in adverse situations<\/li><li>Good environmental practices : eco-driving, waste management, environmental emergencies<\/li><\/ul><p>In 2025, four training sessions will enable 20 employees to be trained, representing 26% of the workforce.
