Inert soil from local construction sites will be used as backfill material. Any illegal dumping currently present will first be removed and sent to approved disposal facilities.<\/p><p>Phase 2 \u00b7 Agricultural and Ecological Restoration &#8211; 5 hectares<\/p><p>ECT has designed a new 2.4-hectare plot for vegetable farming. The land will be reshaped. A fertile growing medium will be prepared on-site.
