4.5/5 on Google Maps for ECT sites

Avis clients BTP Google Maps

In December 2025, all ECT sites in ÃŽle-de-France, Hauts-de-France, and Grand Est received an average rating of 4.4/5 on Google Maps. This rating is given by our construction industry customers. It reflects the quality of the excavated soil received at our sites and the daily commitment of our teams.

Proactive visibility for our customers

All our excavated soil recovery sites are listed on Google Maps. Construction professionals can easily access them and find up-to-date practical information :

  • schedule
  • address
  • Mandatory access route
  • Operating instructions
  • Accepted truck types
  • Accepted soil quality
  • Internal site rules.

Our customers can also discover the projects carried out by each site and share their feedback via customer reviews.

Proximity to our customers' sites

ECT sites are located near major urban areas and main roads. On average, they are located 25 kilometers from our customers’ construction sites. This proximity limits travel time for our customers. Reducing travel distances directly reduces the carbon footprint of earthworks construction sites.

Site accessibility and safety

During construction and soil delivery, access to the site is secured via routes defined with local authorities. Where necessary, roads are constructed to ensure safe traffic flow. On site, traffic plans govern maneuvering and unloading. The goal: efficient collaboration between our teams and our customers and smooth traffic flow on site.

Our field teams provide a professional and structured welcome.

Reception agents welcome customers at the specified times. They carry out regulatory checks such as checking that personal protective equipment is being worn and checking the condition and weight of trucks.

Yard workers and machine operators keep unloading areas clean, stable, and secure. They ensure the stability of the banks. Soil unloading areas are protected by safety barriers. Teams assist drivers to ensure quick and controlled unloading operations, regardless of weather conditions.

These steps are carried out rigorously, with a constant focus on safety and productivity.

Traceability of excavated soil

The traceability and compliance of the soil are ensured at every stage. When the truck arrives at the reception point, the electronic traceability documents for the soil are validated. A visual inspection of the quality of the load is carried out. The inspection is repeated during unloading. This rigorous approach guarantees the compliance of the materials through complete regulatory traceability.
