Compulsory access and circulation
To access the Bruay-la-Buissière site, you must take the following route to and from the site:
- Access via the D301 (mining bypass)
- Then the D302, avenue Paul Louviez
- Then the D841, rue de la République Access to the plots via rue Claude Debussy, rue Berlioz and rue Chopin.

Development of a natural and landscaped area
As part of the urban redevelopment project led by Maisons & Cités, in partnership with the towns of Bruay-La-Buissière and Divion, ECT Hauts-de-France is reusing excavated soil from local construction sites to transform the former Cité des Musiciens site into a natural, landscaped area.
