Discussing a new living environment with residents
Developed in partnership with the City of Harnes, the Parc de Bellevue project is located in the heart of the city. The project will rehabilitate the site, which is currently in a state of disrepair, by recovering soil from the construction industry. Â
This future landscaped leisure area includes :
- A belvedere offering panoramic views
- An orchard and an educational pond,
- A sports area for cyclists,
- A children’s playground,
- Numerous tree plantings,
- Picnic areas for relaxation and outdoor recreation.
A place designed to raise awareness and bring people together
The park will provide residents with an accessible natural space, conducive to well-being and sporting activities. It can also be used by schools to raise awareness of biodiversity. In partnership with Harnes town council, ECT is creating and financing this multifunctional green space, enhancing the local quality of life and promoting the town’s natural heritage.
