Every week throughout the summer, our ECT employees take the floor. A great way to discover the company and its various areas of expertise through the eyes of women. Professional, dynamic, smiling, discover their faces and their shared experience.

Aurélie, topographer-planning manager

This wise ECT for women, started by Aurélie. One of its areas of expertise is drawing up plans for proposed developments for local authorities. His greatest satisfaction is to see his projects come to fruition.

Pauline, Human Resources Manager

In this episode we introduce Pauline, Human Resources Manager. Her motivation: to combat gender inequality and attract female talent. And develop our employees’ skills and know-how.

Karène, dispatcher in the transport department

Meet Karène, transport follow-up manager. Its mission is twofold: to offer earthworks customers a chauffeur-driven transport service to move their soil. And to plan the towers needed to transport the soil to our operating sites.

Justine, topographer

In this episode we introduce Justine, topographer. Justine is proud to unveil her favorite project, in Epône (78). She drew up the layout plan for the VTT-TRIAL stadium, and carried out all the topographical surveys using her GPS suitcase. His challenge for 2023? use his drone to capture views of the Oeil du Ciel.

Josette, Chief Accountant

Meet Josette, chief accountant. His job is to analyze, control and interpret figures. A true passion that she energetically passes on to her colleagues.

Carla, receptionist

Meet Carla, receptionist at ECT sites. Its role is to check, qualify and control the soil entering our sites. It’s a skill she’s acquired since her first  job as an usher, and which she continues to apply as a receptionist.

Catherine, Sales Department

In this episode, we introduce you to Catherine, in the sales department .With 27 years of experience at ECT, she tells us about the evolution of this family-owned company, which has adapted to environmental changes and expanded its know-how in France and abroad.

Chaimae, Business Manager

Meet Chaimae, business manager in the environment department. She started out as a trainee, and is now a business manager. Its role is to find solutions for treating soil for our customers in the construction and public works sector.

Aurore, Operations Management Assistant

For this new episode we’d like to introduce you to Aurore, operational management assistant. As part of the operations department, his job is to control and check sites. A field and office job carried out in collaboration with other teams.

Sylvie, Quality Technician

Meet Sylvie, Quality Technician in the Quality Department. She checks and verifies the DAPs (Demande d’Acceptation Préalable – Preliminary Acceptance Requests), which customers draw up in advance in order to be able to come and deposit the soil.

Barbara, Project Manager

In this episode, we present Barbara, Project Manager. Barbara has joined the ECT agency in Hauts-de-France, developing projects in the Nord region. Projects with an environmental and societal vocation, to offer territories new spaces for relaxation, leisure and nature in the city.

Myriam, office manager

Introducing Myriam, office manager and the link between employees and managers. Myriam is a support for all teams, answering questions on general services, events and IT.
