Non-built development projects benefiting the Occitanie region

Transforming derelict sites into landscaped parks and outdoor sports areas is part of the societal challenge of green and urban sports in Occitanie. Excavated soil from construction sites is recycled on our sites, providing the material and funding for our projects. The new development is thus achieved at no cost to the community and contributes to to transition and ecological of communities.

During the construction and inert soil delivery phase, the proximity of ECT sites to construction sites is an asset for the building and public works industry. This reduces the cost of transporting soil and generates fewer GHG emissions in the region.

We want to set up our sites in metropolitan or neighbouring areas, as close as possible to inert soil excavation sites. These projects should meet local needs for nature and sport in the city, at no cost to the community".
