ECT in Ile-de-France
A long-standing presence serving the Paris region
For 30 years, ECT has been operating in the Paris region, based on a circular economy strategy : reusing excavated soil from urban construction sites to support local authorities and landowners in sustainable and collaborative development projects. The aim is to give new life to wasteland and neglected sites by offering them new uses.
The proximity of construction sites allows us to link our projects together, which promotes optimized management of inert soil supplies. This approach reduces transportation costs for the construction industry while limiting greenhouse gas emissions in the Paris region.
The projects carried out by ECT are varied and tailored to the needs of the regions : urban parks, afforestation, biodiversity areas, agricultural rehabilitation, and outdoor sports facilities. Land development ensures that these projects are fully self-financing, carried out in close partnership with local authorities and landowners.
Thanks to its strategic presence in the various departments of the Paris region and its expertise, ECT is participating to the sustainable transition of the Île-de-France region, contributing to the circular management of excavated soil and the creation of living and leisure spaces for the people of the region.
