ECT receives the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label

ECT becomes Solar Impulse Efficient Solution

We are proud to announce that the Solar Impulse Foundation has awarded ECT the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label. ECT joins the club of 1000 solutions for sustainable development.

A panel of independent experts awards the label based on an analysis of :

  • positive environmental impact,
  • financial viability and circularity,
  • efficiency and feasibility.

The label recognizes the qualities of the ECT model for reusing excavated soil for environmental development.

ECT, a player in environmental development

Combining ecology and economic profitability, this award confirms ECT’s ability to provide local authorities with effective solutions that are part of a circular economy for excavated soil.

Here’s what the label says about the ECT model: “This solution takes up a challenge. It reuses soil from construction sites. In this way, it creates self-financed developments with a strong environmental and social contribution. These include renewable energies, the creation of urban nature and sports parks, urban agriculture and the conservation of flora and fauna. Thanks to the ECT model, local authorities can finance green developments on their territory. This turnkey solution for cities has no financial limits, since these projects are self-financing and ECT manages their operational implementation.”
