ECT workshop at the Union des Maires des Yvelines et des Hauts-de-Seine E-Universities

A workshop to better understand regional planning.

How can we develop territories by reusing excavated building and civil engineering soils?

On Thursday March 25, ECT led a 100% digital workshop at the E-Université de l’Union des Maires et des Yvelines et des Hauts-de-Seine. Our aim was to promote a better understanding of the role of excavated soil in regional planning.

A region transformed by the eco-design model

ECT designs non-built development projects using soil from urban construction sites. These projects respect the environment and promote biodiversity. This is how ECT proposes to breathe new life into derelict sites through concerted environmental projects. And that we create landscaped parks, urban nature areas, sports and leisure facilities and urban agriculture.

A concrete example of regional redevelopment: the Epône project

Two years ago, the Epône project was born at this very show. An emblematic project for ECT and the first of its kind in the Yvelines region. To create the 1st trials and mountain bike site in Ile-de-France.

Ivica Jovic, 1st Deputy Mayor of Epône, took part in the workshop, sharing his very positive experience.
