In June 2024, Isabelle Ruckebusch, mayor of Houdain (62), presented to the local press the transformation of an abandoned communal plot of land into an urban park, designed to revitalize the environment and offer residents a new space in which to relax. In this INTERVIEW, Isabelle Ruckebusch highlights the role played by ECT Hauts-de-France in this exemplary redevelopment.
