Meeting the elected representatives of Ile-de-France

For several years, departmental universities have punctuated the calendar of elected officials in the Paris region.

These events enable ECT teams to meet with local authorities and their elected representatives. 2019 was rich in these encounters:

  • In January, it was at the Palais des Congrès Paris Saclay, at the invitation of the Union des Maires de l’Essonne.
  • Then in September in Dammarie-les-Lys, where the UM 77 organized its 58th Congress of Mayors and Presidents of EPCIs .
  • And finally, on October 16, the UMY brought together local authorities from the western Paris region. Under the Port-Marly Pyramids, the event was supported by the town halls of Yvelines and Hauts-de-Seine.

The short, one-day format of these trade fairs encourages high attendance and quality contacts with local representatives.

It’s an opportunity for ECT to present its activities as an operator of non-built developments through the reuse of excavated inert soil from the construction industry.
