ECT is structuring and accelerating its development as a major player in green, leisure, sports and agricultural development.

With 2 new appointments, ECT aims to structure its development and strengthen its dialogue with local authorities.

As the French leader in the circular economy of excavated soil from construction and civil engineering projects, ECT is keen to develop its position as a key player in non-built leisure and urban agricultural development.

As part of this corporate dynamic, the management team has been strengthened by 2 new recruits.

Guillaume Pasquier joined the company as Development Director. He is in charge of designing new development projects for local authorities. It is also responsible for running major regional competitions.

Jonathan Bryden has taken up the position of Director of New Services and Markets. His mission is to identify new growth drivers. And to complete the Group’s international expansion.

Their backgrounds

Guillaume Pasquier obtained his engineering degree from Mines de Nancy in 2000, and a Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris in 2004.

He began his career with Procter & Gamble. Then became Christian Blanc’s Parliamentary Attaché. In 2007, he moved to the United States and worked as a Project Manager in a consulting firm specializing in environmental issues. In 2008, he was appointed to the Cabinet of Christian Blanc, then Secretary of State for the Development of the Capital Region. He is thus helping to launch the Grand Paris project. In 2009, he headed the prefiguration mission for the future Etablissement Public Paris-Saclay. He became the first Executive Vice President in 2011. For 5 years, he managed one of the most emblematic development projects in the Greater Paris area. In 2016, Guillaume Pasquier joined the La Française group to develop a “Greater Paris real estate business”. The aim of this real estate company is to invest in real estate development projects close to the Grand Paris train stations.

Since October 2019 he has been ECT’s Development Director.

A graduate of ESSEC business school, Jonathan Bryden has extensive banking expertise, having worked for HSBC in London and Citigroup in Paris, London and New York. In particular, he has worked on mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, capital raising on the markets, debt restructuring and advising investment funds. Jonathan has also advised on the development of start-ups in the USA and Europe. In 2014, he became PMU’s Head of International External Development. He has supported business development in Belgium, Germany and Brazil.

Since October 2019, Jonathan has been ECT’s Director of New Markets and Services.
