Create a new natural, sports and leisure area
The aim of the project in the town of Harnes (62) is to transform Bellevue Park into a genuine place of nature, relaxation, leisure and sport, accessible to all, welcoming and unifying, serving the quality of life of its inhabitants. Soil from local construction sites will be used to shape the site and finance the natural amenities, sports facilities and street furniture.
