At a colloquium organized by UNED, board member Reda Semlali presented the innovative concept of the “Installation de Valorisation de Déblais Inertes” (IVDI): a legislative framework to be invented in order to increase the value of inert soil, and encourage better networking with high value-added facilities that provide lasting structure to urban and peri-urban areas.
