Excellent results of the BTP customer journey survey

Satisfying our construction customers is a priority

In early 2023, ECT launched a customer satisfaction survey. Lhe aim was to measure the level of satisfaction throughout the customer journey and the quality of the customer experience. Questions focused on  sales support and follow-up, the processing of prior acceptance requests and the quality of the reception of excavated soil on our sites.

The survey results are proof of the quality of our teams, our offering and our services. And reinforces our leadership.

  • 92% satisfaction with support and sales follow-up 
  • 93% satisfaction with support and processing of DAP requests (request for prior approval)
  • 91% satisfaction with the quality of information provided to access our sites
  • 86% satisfaction with the speed with which excavated soil is received at our ECT sites
