ECT uses mentoring to train the next generation of machine operators

For over 30 years, ECT has been employing machine operators to develop its sites and carry out its projects. Today, almost 50 drivers are in operation. They work the land they receive, creating the project’s contours and shaping the future landscape. Each operator has to be versatile and master the operation of several machines: excavator, bulldozer, loader, dump truck.
