In partnership with Safer de l’Île-de-France, the ambitious project to rehabilitate the Plaine du Sempin is progressing. In the final phase of development, our teams are producing an innovative substrate on site to create fertile soil. This 100 % recycled substrate is made from a mixture of green waste compost and inert soil from the construction industry. Why fertile substrate? Sunday September 24 – For the first time, Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, Ile-de-France’s largest excavated soil reclamation site, opened its doors to the general public. The Grisy-Suisnes project comes to an end after 4 years of soil input.
