As a non-built development operator, ECT recycles excavated soil from construction sites to carry out sustainable development projects: landscaped parks, natural spaces, agricultural rehabilitation.

As part of its development, ECT is recruiting a reception agent (M/F) on a permanent contract, attached to the Reception Department of the Operations Division. Reporting to the site manager, the reception agent welcomes trucks arriving at our sites, checks the administrative compliance of customers and the visual quality of the soil, and ensures that safety protocols are followed. He/she validates unloading slips, tracks rejected trucks, and participates in the management of the radioactivity procedure.

Your main responsibilities :

• Welcome incoming trucks to our sites.
• Check customer administrative compliance in MKGT.
• Visually inspect the soil using cameras.
• Check personal protective equipment and compliance with safety protocols.
• Validate unloading slips and, if necessary, assign the unloading area
• Track rejected trucks and record the reasons
• Manage the radioactivity procedure in collaboration with the site manager

Start date is scheduled for February. Position based in Cormeilles en Parisis (95).

As part of its development, ECT is recruiting a project manager (M/F) on a permanent contract, attached to the Development department. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will develop non-built development projects, from design to authorization. He/she will oversee studies and ensure regulatory compliance for projects.

Your main tasks :

• Developing non-building development projects, from feasibility to administrative approval
• Overseeing technical and regulatory studies with partner design offices
• Draft regulatory files: ICPE (Classified Installation for Environmental Protection), water law, environmental assessment, development permits
• Coordinate exchanges with local authorities, investigating authorities, and internal partners
• Ensure regulatory monitoring of projects during the investigation and operation phases
• Make occasional trips throughout the country

A start is planned for February. Position based in Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin.

As part of the development of its activities in the Hauts-de-France region, ECT is recruiting a construction equipment operator (M/F) to join the Operations Department. He/she will be responsible for implementing materials and completing the final modeling of projects.

The position is scheduled to start in February.

Skills required : bulldozer operation (C2), embankment management, mastery of finishing techniques, mastery of maintenance and inspection of machinery and equipment, manual driver’s license required.
