Opening of a new ECT site in Essonne (91)
Since February 23, 2026, the Val Saint-Germain – Les Houdoux site in Essonne has been open to inert soil deliveries. The site accepts K3 and K3+ inert soil, tracked by cubic meter or ton.
Access to the site is regulated via the D27 and then the D132. Crossing Angervilliers is prohibited.
Equipped with a weighbridge, the site guarantees accurate weighing, complete traceability of the soil, and simplified management of deliveries.
This new ECT site offers a local solution for soil recovery that is secure and compliant with regulations.
A landscape and ecological restoration project
The project proposes the restoration of the former Houdoux quarry. It creates a new natural space integrated into its landscaped environment. The site restoration plan, located in the Rémarde valley, has been approved by the Architectes des Bâtiments de France. The planned developments will enhance biodiversity and preserve existing pathways.
