First site opened in the Strasbourg Eurometropolis

Travaux préparatoires site Eckwersheim

ECT opens a new site in Bas-Rhin, in Eckwersheim (67)

Established in Alsace since 2023, ECT Grand Est has reached a new milestone with the opening of its first inert soil disposal site in Eckwersheim, just 23 km from the center of the Strasbourg Eurometropolis. The site opens on July 7 to inert soil deliveries. The new site offers construction and public works companies a comprehensive, local and cost-effective solution for the management and recovery of inert materials.

Creating a new outdoor sports area

In Eckwersheim, the reclamation of inert soil has made it possible to build and finance a new natural facility in Eckwersheim, suitable for sports and leisure activities such as hiking, running and cross-country mountain biking. Conceived in partnership with the municipality, the project will extend the range of sports facilities available to all in the Strasbourg area, while at the same time contributing to a circular economy for excavated soil.
