In Stains, in the 3 Rivières district, ECT has created a leisure and play area on a 13-hectare former industrial site.

A visit to the playground
By recycling and reusing inert excavated soil, ECT was able to create a green corridor from the Parc de La Courneuve to this new neighborhood in Stains. The new park features leisure areas and play equipment for children.
Rehabilitation work on the former industrial wasteland
Set on the site of a former industrial wasteland, including a paint factory, this new space is located on the edge of the Parc Départemental de la Courneuve.
