Which ECT project?
Agricultural and landscaping rehabilitation and development
Located in the commune of Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, for ECT, this site is an emblematic symbol characterized by :
- its size: planted over an area of 130 ha at a height of 30 m,
- history: a former sandpit quarry,
- its purpose: to return the site to agricultural use (wheat and barley production),
- biodiversity: compensation zone, orchards, apiaries,
- its educational appeal: every year, 60 children come to plant trees,
- its future: the site will be home to a unique development project, “Les Yeux du Ciel”, a work by Antoine Grumbach and ECT, a land art project seen from the sky and a leisure development that will be open to the public.
