For its first year, ECT Hauts-de-France is taking part in the Congrès Régional du Nord. An event organized by the Syndicat National des Directeurs Généraux des Collectivités Territoriales.

An event devoted to a crucial issue: “How can local authorities respond to the challenges of the climate emergency and imposed transitions?

This new edition is also an opportunity for ECT to present its Hauts-de-France branch and its Lens project. The urban forest project is currently underway in Lens. Its model is innovative. And offers an efficient solution to the issues of land recycling, greening the city, preserving biodiversity and the circular economy.

A project carried out in partnership with the EPF Hauts-de-France, the city of Lens and the Lens-Liévin Urban Community.
