Lorenzo Meloni, photographer and member of the renowned Magnum Photos agency, visited the underground Placo Saint-Gobain quarry in Seine-Saint-Denis (93), which has been backfilled by ECT. This exceptional collaboration is part of Lorenzo Meloni’s personal artistic project entitled “Techno-nature”. His aim is to explore the various forms of organization, urbanization and industrialization that shape the contemporary world. Sunday September 24 – For the first time, Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, Ile-de-France’s largest excavated soil reclamation site, opened its doors to the general public. ECT opens a new site in Plaisir, Yvelines -78

A new site for recycling soil from construction sites in western Paris From July 3, ECT’s Plaisir site in the Yvelines region will be open to inert soil deposits. Soil received on site is directly reused to create a landscaped park. The site is 4 km from the RN12 exit to or from Versailles/Dreux. To accommodate the trucks and guarantee safe access to the site, major roadworks were carried out. From the RD912, a single access will be created to the site.
