Opening of a new ECT site in Essonne (91) Since February 23, 2026, the Val Saint-Germain – Les Houdoux site in Essonne has been open to inert soil deliveries. The site accepts K3 and K3+ inert soil, tracked by cubic meter or ton. Access to the site is regulated via the D27 and then the D132. Crossing Angervilliers is prohibited. Equipped with a weighbridge, the site guarantees accurate weighing, complete traceability of the soil, and simplified management of deliveries. Educational plantings at the future Mare aux Saules park in Plaisir

Twenty-three fourth- and fifth-grade students from Louis Pergaud School in Plaisir (78) planted 400 young trees and shrubs, helping to reforest the future park. This nature awareness initiative allows students to get involved in the future of their city. Conducted in partnership with the City of Plaisir, this Parc de la Mare aux Saules project is transforming a former quarry into a 10.8-hectare landscaped and ecological park. It includes the restoration of woodlands, meadows, and wetlands. Ecological monitoring is provided by the ECOTER design office. At the end of November 2025, the “Let’s plant for the Nature” initiative brought together 40 children from recreation centers and 20 young elected representatives from the Children’s Municipal Council in the presence of the Mayor of Chelles. This environmental awareness initiative is part of the development of the future Jacques Chirac Park, carried out by ECT in partnership with Safer ÃŽle-de-France, the City of Chelles, and the Paris-Vallée de la Marne Urban Community.

The Tertre des Roche development project in Vaux le Penil (Seine-et-Marne- 77) is taking shape. Opening to the public is scheduled for spring 2026. Creation of fertile soil on the final models After four months of bringing in inert soil from the local construction industry, ECT’s teams are now finalizing the site. The teams have now completed the modelling of the new layout and they are beginning to lay a fertile horizon. This step is essential to the renaturation of Tertre des Roches. No topsoil is being imported here. The fertile soil is created from selected silts from construction sites.
