AKUO ENERGY AND ECT ANNOUNCE THE CREATION OF A SUBSIDIARY

Paris, March 12, 2019: Akuo Energy, France’s leading independent producer of distributed renewable energy, and ECT, a developer of sites through the reuse of soil from real estate and construction sites, announce the creation of a joint subsidiary ACT-E. On January 25, the Prefect of the Ile-de-France region, Michel Cadot, will preside over the launch of the “Les Yeux du Ciel” cultural and environmental project. This Land Art project, conceived by architect and urban planner Antoine Grumbach and supported by ECT, is being carried out on the Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin site (77), where excavated earth will be used as the raw material for the work.
