Introducing the ECT Group
ECT is a recognized leader in the realization of non-built developments by the recovery of inert excavated earth from construction sites. ECT reuses, recycles, and recovers inert earth within a local framework of circular economy and saving public funds. Its expertise is based on technical, environmental and regulatory know-how allowing it to offer public and private stakeholders innovative, economical and sustainable development solutions with an environmental or societal vocation: urban parks, sports areas, biodiversity areas, agricultural land.
By working with local authorities and construction companies, ECT enables optimized management and reuse of excavated land, thus transforming a logistical and environmental challenge into an asset for territorial development. ECT’s growth is part of a circular economy strategy: reusing excavated soil from urban construction sites to work with local authorities on concerted, sustainable development projects.
Since 1998, ECT has developed mainly in the Ile-de-France region. Today, our regional agencies are located in Hauts-de-France, Grand-Est, Occitanie and Nouvelle Aquitaine. Internationally, two subsidiaries in Germany and the USA are the basis for development under the Landify brand.
