Val-d’Oise – 95

Our projects transform neglected sites and wastelands by giving them a new use. This use is agreed with the community and takes a variety of useful and sustainable forms: parks open to the public, sports areas, biodiversity zones, agricultural land. Each project contributes to improving the living environment and attractiveness of the area, at no cost to the community.

In the Val d’Oise (95), ECT has rehabilitated sites severely damaged by illegal dumping, demonstrating the power of the circular economy model of excavated soil to finance landscape requalification. ECT also backfills gypsum quarries, both underground and open pit.
