The project supported by Iverny town council and ECT offers a new communal space, open to all. The 8,700 m² park features a tree-lined promenade with over 800 trees and shrubs, and a fitness trail with 8 different apparatus. A loop trail makes it ideal for walking and running.

Parc de la Plaine, a municipal park for strolling
May 2023 – One year after its inauguration, Parc de la Plaine offers residents a pleasant place to take a bucolic stroll, with its breathtaking view over the plain. A park easily accessible by bike, thanks to the installation of a rack at the entrance. The more athletic can enjoy a course of 8 apparatus.
Private tour of Parc de la Plaine
On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, the private tour of Parc de la Plaine in Iverny took place in a fine downpour. A popular place for walks, relaxation and sports, it is also listed on Google Maps.
The visit was attended by the Mayor, Olivier Stelhin, Laurent Mogno, Chairman of ECT, and a number of local personalities, who were all delighted to discover the new park built by ECT.
Education for sustainable development and biodiversity
Meeting with pupils from the Iverny school: a great day of exchange around biodiversity, the circular economy and a fine act for nature. The students came to plant the bed at the entrance to the park and the remarkable oak tree.

A project built on the principle of the circular economy
The project is being carried out and financed by ECT through the reuse of inert soil from local construction sites. ECT’s expertise ensured the analysis, characterization, traceability and control of the inert soils received. Take a look at the photos.

A fast, agile project
Soil inputs by truck have been scheduled for the summer of 2021 for a short period, with no weekend soil deliveries.
Access to the site is by a regulated and compulsory road route, to keep traffic flowing smoothly and safely.
