Backfilling an open-cast quarry
January 2026 – The ECT site at Villeneuve-les-Sablons opens to our construction and public works customers on January 12. Located 25 km from Val-d’Oise, this site will receive inert soil from construction sites, with the aim of rehabilitating a former open-cast quarry to create a grassy plateau.
Work has been carried out to ensure optimum, safe customer reception and guarantee soil traceability: installation of a receiving station equipped with load control cameras, radioactivity detection gantry, weighbridge.
