ECT signs a sponsorship agreement with MNHN

ECT enters into a sponsorship agreement with the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle.

The aim of this sponsorship is to create a systematic map of “the biodiversity of reworked soils”. A systematic map is a bibliographical synthesis intended for operational research players. This practice is currently booming in the field of ecology, and is strongly recommended by the Fondation pour la Recherche sur la Biodiversité(FRB). This is an unprecedented approach to the issue of reworked soils.

The PatriNat unit, under the aegis of the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle, will draw up an overview of available scientific studies. And list documented best practices. The aim of this literature review is to be exhaustive, robust, transparent, replicable and objective. This systematic map will be published and made available to all researchers.

MNHH and PatriNat

The Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle (MNHN) is a teaching, research and scientific culture institution. It is one of the oldest naturalist establishments in the world.

PatriNat is a center of expertise and data on natural heritage. It provides expertise and knowledge management on biodiversity. The project team consists of Dakis-Yaoba Ouédraogo, Romain Sordello and Yorick Reyjol.
