September 2025 – In Douai, the ECT Hauts-de-France team is participating in the 69th Congress of Mayors and Presidents of Intermunicipal Communities of the North. In the Pas-de-Calais town of Sallaumines, a temporary development project has been launched in the heart of the 13/18 housing estate, in anticipation of the neighborhood’s future redevelopment. A project carried out in partnership with Maisons&Cité and the City of Paris Supported by Maisons & Cités and the town of Sallaumines, and assisted by the ECT Hauts-de-France agency, this transitional management approach aims to enhance the value of sites that have been deconstructed and are no longer in use.
