Pas-de-Calais – 62
Our projects transform neglected sites and wastelands by giving them a new use. This use is agreed with the community and takes a variety of useful and sustainable forms: parks open to the public, sports areas, biodiversity zones, agricultural land. Each project contributes to improving the living environment and attractiveness of the area, at no cost to the community.
Â
In the Pas-de-Calais (62), in the mining basin, ECT Hauts de France has carried out several requalifications of industrial wasteland or derelict land. The transformed sites are becoming urban parks and areas dedicated to biodiversity.
